“Having joined in January ’23, I have thoroughly enjoyed my first year
with the group, taking in the scenery of County Durham, the
Northumberland coast, the Lakes and the North York Moors, to name but a few. While I have always enjoyed walking, the group has taken me to many new places, including some practically on the doorstep that I would not have otherwise known about. The coach is well organised and has the added bonus of giving the opportunity for a pint or 2 at the end of the walk. You will find the group to be most welcoming.”
Lindisfarne
“The sum of the whole is this: walk and be happy; walk and be healthy. The best way to lengthen out our days is to walk steadily and with a purpose.”- Charles Dickens
